The Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant to join Oracle HCM transformation programme Implementation.
This role will serve as the overall Functional Lead and Solution Owner for a multi-phase Oracle HCM implementation programme covering Core HR, Recruiting, Onboarding, Absence, Time & Labour, HR Help Desk, Touchpoints, Performance Management, Talent Management, Learning, Workforce Compensation, OTBI Reporting, and Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) Analytics.
As this is a hands-on, client-facing role, the successful candidate will lead in design, configuration, and delivery while guiding clients in best practices and ensuring successful adoption of Oracle HCM.
This is a highly visible leadership role requiring strong Oracle HCM product expertise, stakeholder management capability, and hands-on implementation experience. The individual will act as the trusted advisor to business, HR, programme leadership and delivery teams, ensuring Oracle HCM solutions align with business objectives, industry best practices and Oracle leading practices.
Your Responsibilities
- Own the overall Oracle Fusion HCM functional solution across the programme.
- Act as the primary functional authority and trusted advisor for all Oracle HCM business processes and product capabilities.
- Lead functional discovery workshops, business process reviews and future-state operating model discussions.
- Translate business requirements into scalable Oracle HCM solutions aligned to Oracle leading practices.
- Configure and optimize Oracle Fusion HCM modules and assist wider HCM Functional team ensuring alignment with business, compliance, and operational requirements.
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders by recommending innovative Oracle Cloud capabilities and industry-leading HR and talent acquisition practices.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams on integrations, reporting, data conversion, security design, and system architecture requirements.
- Support SIT, UAT, Dress Rehearsal, Cutover, Go-Live and Hypercare activities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating new Oracle Fusion HCM features, quarterly updates, Redwood enhancements, and recruitment innovations to maximize business value.
- Mentor and guide functional consultants across multiple Oracle HCM modules.

Your Profile
- 10+ years of HCM transformation and enterprise HR systems experience.
- 5+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation experience.
- Proven experience acting as Functional Lead on large-scale Oracle HCM Cloud programmes.
- Experience delivering multiple end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
- Deep hands-on experience across a broad Oracle HCM footprint including, Core HR, Recruiting, Onboarding, Absence, Time & Labour, Help Desk, Talent Management, Performance Management, Learning, Compensation and OTBI Reporting.
- Strong understanding of workforce management, talent management and employee lifecycle processes.
- Ability to define enterprise-wide HCM solution architecture and functional design.
- Experience leading business process transformation and operating model discussions.
- Experience managing cross-functional workstreams and large stakeholder groups.
- Strong expertise in requirements gathering, workshop facilitation and solution design.
- Experience working closely with Integration, Reporting, Security and Data Migration teams.
- Experience leading SIT, UAT, cutover and production deployment activities.
- Excellent communication, leadership and influencing skills.

Desirable Skills/Knowledge/Experience
- Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud certification.
- Experience delivering global Oracle HCM Cloud programmes.
- Knowledge of Redwood, Journeys, Digital Assistant and emerging Oracle AI capabilities.
- Experience with complex HCM integrations and HR technology landscapes.
- Strong HR transformation and solution advisory capability.
- Experience working within large-scale Agile or hybrid transformation programmes.
