Job Description
We at Fusion Practices are looking for a Senior Oracle Project Manager with 8+ years of experience to join our London office and lead end-to-end delivery of Oracle ERP/Fusion projects. This is a client-facing leadership role where you will drive end-to-end project delivery, work closely with senior stakeholders, and manage global teams across multiple engagements.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Oracle ERP / Fusion implementations.
- Manage client stakeholders and drive project governance.
- Plan, execute, and monitor projects ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
- Handle risk management, issue resolution, and dependency tracking.
- Drive status reporting, leadership updates, and documentation.
- Coordinate across onsite and offshore teams.
- Ensure quality delivery aligned with business requirements.

Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in IT Project Management.
- Strong experience in Oracle ERP / Oracle Fusion projects.
- Proven track record of managing full lifecycle implementations.
- Good understanding of Finance modules (AP, AR, GL).
- Strong stakeholder and client management skills.
- Experience in global delivery environments.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Preferred:
- PMP / Prince2 certification.
- Exposure to Agile / Hybrid delivery models.
