We want to create a world where travel is as simple, seamless, eco-friendly and affordable as it should be.

Today, we're a FTSE 250 company driven by our incredible team of over 1,000 Trainliners from 50+ nationalities, based across London, Paris, Barcelona, Milan, Edinburgh and Madrid. With our focus on growth in the UK and Europe, now is the perfect time to join us on this high-speed journey.

Introducing the Trainline Growth Team 👋

Organic Search sits at the heart of Trainline's Growth team, helping millions of travellers discover Europe's leading independent rail and coach platform through both traditional search and the fast-evolving world of generative AI engines. As Europe's number one downloaded rail app, we're on a mission to make travel as simple, seamless and affordable as it should be, and this role plays a genuine part in getting us seen and found by the people who need us.

You'll work closely with the Organic Search leadership team, shaping how Trainline shows up across search engines and AI-generated answers alike, while collaborating with technical SEO, engineering, marketing and go-to-market colleagues. It's a role with real scope to influence visibility strategy and get hands-on with both the craft of content and the emerging discipline of GEO.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
