Senior OT Security Consultant
£80,000 - £90,000
Remote with travel to client site | CNI Consulting
We're supporting a specialist Operational Technology Cyber Security consultancy delivering projects across some of the UK's most critical infrastructure organisations.
Due to continued growth, we're seeking a Senior OT Security Consultant to join an expanding consulting practice working across energy, utilities, manufacturing, nuclear and other industrial environments.
This role offers the opportunity to lead high-value OT cyber engagements, influence security strategy and become a trusted advisor to major Critical National Infrastructure operators.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading OT cyber security consulting engagements
- Delivering OT security assessments across ICS, SCADA and industrial control environments
- Conducting IEC 62443 gap assessments and maturity reviews
- Supporting NIS and NIS2 compliance programmes
- Producing cyber security roadmaps and strategic recommendations
- Facilitating stakeholder workshops
- Advising technical, operational and executive-level stakeholders
- Supporting OT cyber transformation programmes
- Providing technical leadership and assurance
- Assisting with customer engagement, bids and proposals

What We're Looking For
- Proven OT Cyber Security consulting experience
- Strong understanding of ICS, SCADA, PLC and DCS environments
- Experience conducting cyber security assessments and gap analyses
- Knowledge of IEC 62443, NIS/NIS2, NCSC CAF and related frameworks
- Ability to translate technical findings into business-focused recommendations
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
- SC Clearance or eligibility to obtain clearance
