As part of the global Sanwa Group, we’re accelerating in our digital capability and looking for an experienced Senior Paid Ads Manager to take ownership of our UK paid acquisition strategy and turn media investment into measurable commercial growth.

What you’ll be doing
- Own and lead our paid acquisition strategy across Google Ads, Microsoft/Bing and Meta, aligned with wider business growth objectives.
- Plan, launch and optimise multi-channel campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, Facebook and Instagram.
- Manage paid media budgets and performance, delivering against key commercial targets including lead volume, CPL, CPA, ROAS and booked surveys.
- Develop full-funnel strategies across prospecting, retargeting and conversion, using testing and data to continuously improve performance.
- Drive improvements across the customer journey, working closely with Marketing and Sales to improve lead quality and conversion.
- Own tracking, attribution and reporting, including conversion tracking, offline conversions and CRM integration, turning data into clear commercial insights.
- Identify opportunities to improve and scale paid acquisition, bringing new ideas, platform developments and recommendations to the Group Marketing Director and wider stakeholders.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
