In-office role with no hybrid or remote working
We're looking for a Senior Paid Marketing Manager to take full ownership of paid advertising across our global portfolio of live event brands.
Our events are built on viral concepts, and paid is what turns that attention into ticket sales. It's the biggest driver in our marketing department, which makes this one of the most important roles in the business.
You'll manage all of our ad accounts across Meta, TikTok and Google. You'll report into the Head of Marketing, manage two junior members of the paid team, and work alongside our creative team and our in-house design team.
This is not a generalist digital marketing role. You must have worked in music & experiential events and know how to sell tickets at volume, across multiple cities and countries at the same time.
We need someone who classes themselves as a paid whizz. You're the lead, so the knowledge starts with you and feeds down to the team. You need to know how to do everything in an ad account front to back, from the first campaign build through to tracking, testing, scaling and reporting.
What You'll Be Doing
- Owning and managing all of our ad accounts across Meta, TikTok and Google, from strategy and account structure through to daily optimisation
- Leading our Google Ads activity and managing our SEA specialist
- Planning and launching paid campaigns for new event concepts, tours and brand rollouts across the UK, Australia, New Zealand, Europe, South Africa, USA and Canada
- Putting paid behind our viral concepts and turning reach and engagement into ticket sales
- Scaling campaigns based on ticket sales, ROAS and CPA, and knowing when to push spend and when to pull it back
- Managing, training and developing two junior members of the paid team, who will learn their craft from you
- Working with our external SEO partner so organic search, Google Ads and paid social are pulling in the same direction
- Briefing the creative team and our in-house design team on the ad creative you need, and feeding back on what's performing
- Running creative and audience testing across every brand
- Managing paid budgets across multiple brands, campaigns and territories
- Making sure tracking and attribution are set up properly across our ad platforms and ticketing partners
- Reporting on performance to the Head of Marketing and Directors, with clear recommendations on where to spend next
- Staying on top of platform changes and best practice across Meta, TikTok and Google

Iβm in my final year doing Economics and I donβt know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer β it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donβt need a masters. Letβs look at the ones youβd be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
