NovaStory | Brixton, London (hybrid, 2 days in office)
About us
NovaStory is a performance marketing agency working with some of the world's best restaurants and hospitality groups. We run Google Ads, paid social, programmatic, OOH, SEO, and web development for premium brands, and we measure what we do in covers and bookings, not clicks.
We're expanding our reach across the hospitality and F&B industry and leaning into more verticals, including events, FMCG, retail, e-commerce, and more. That makes for an extremely diverse and exciting portfolio to work across.
We only work with clients and partners who are a good fit for us, both personally and professionally. It means we build genuinely strong relationships, including with the external partners we work alongside.
We're a small, tech-forward team growing fast. We've just brought on a wave of exciting new clients and need another sharp pair of hands on paid media, plus someone who cares about how our clients experience working with us.
The Role
You'll report to our Paid Media Account Manager and work closely with our Managing Director day to day. Most of your week will be hands-on client account work, with a real stake in shaping how we look after clients. We are open to discussions with junior execs with a few years of experience under their belt, as well as people already in senior executive roles.
Paid media delivery
- Build, run, and optimise Google Ads campaigns
- Lead on Meta and paid social, including TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, and Snapchat
- Run regular quality assessment checks across accounts so changes are checked and approved before they go live
- Pull insights from performance data and turn them into clear recommendations

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
