We have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Paid Media Executive to join the team as the Ivy brand continues to grow and expand.

Keys Responsibilities:
- Build, launch and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, TikTok and other paid channels.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and optimise to maximise bookings and ROAS.
- Manage campaign budgets and support restaurant-level and national campaigns.
- Analyse CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS and booking performance.
- Run A/B tests across copy, creatives, audiences and landing pages.
- Produce weekly and monthly performance reports and dashboards.
- Build and manage audiences with CRM and ensure tracking is accurate.
- Work with the Content team to brief creative assets and recommend improvements.
- Stay up to date with platform changes and test new advertising opportunities.

Skills & Experiences
- 2–4 years' experience managing paid media campaigns.
- Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Strong understanding of paid search and paid social.
- Experience using Google Analytics 4 and Data Studio.
- Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Excellent organisation and attention to details.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Passion for digital marketing and continuous improvement.
Location:
5 days a week office-based in Fitzrovia with occasional restaurant visits
