We’re Pentland Brands

A global family business behind some of the world’s most iconic active and lifestyle brands. We bring integrity, energy and ambition to our work, setting high standards and striving to deliver great outcomes without ego.

Shape the work behind some of the world’s most loved sport, outdoor and lifestyle brands.

At Pentland Brands, every role helps move our brands forward. Whether you’re supporting our people, improving our systems, growing our commercial performance, strengthening operations or shaping better ways of working, your impact reaches across a portfolio of iconic brands used by consumers around the world.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone ready to take the next step in their paid media career.

You’ll work across multiple brands in a group role, moving from day-to-day implementation to strategic ownership of specific brand channels. This role is designed for someone who wants more autonomy, accountability, and the chance to grow into a future manager or strategist.

You’ll assist in leading performance marketing planning and execution for assigned brands, act as a key point of contact for internal and external teams, and drive performance through both data and collaboration.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Ownership of BAU execution of select brands, reporting to the Paid Media Manager.
  • Practise data fluency — graduating from collating reports to identifying trends, making recommendations, and storytelling with data.
  • Direct agency partners in daily implementation and identify optimisation opportunities, ensuring actions align with trade insights and brand priorities.
  • Report on campaign performance, identifying trends and delivering insights and recommendations that shape ongoing strategy.
  • Supports channel innovation, proposing and assisting in-channel testing plans and sharing learnings across the team.
  • Contribute to planning and roadmap development for the wider portfolio and support junior team members where relevant.
  • Proactively build and foster relationships with brand creative, ecommerce and insight teams to ensure synergy across teams.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
