Senior Paid Media Executive - Manchester City Centre (3 days in office) - Up to £35k
About the Role
Senior-level position within a digital marketing / paid media team
Reports to: Senior Paid Media Lead
Ownership of key client accounts with real influence over campaign strategy and performance
Works with a mix of well-known national brands and regional clients across multiple sectors
Clear progression path with a leadership team that actively invests in development and training
Responsibilities
- Plan, manage and report on paid media campaigns across core digital channels, primarily Google Ads and Meta
- Support onboarding of new client accounts across multiple platforms
- Lead end-to-end execution of paid campaigns: build, structure, optimisation, scaling and ongoing performance improvement

Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and platform updates to keep campaigns competitive

Report on campaign performance to clients and internal stakeholders (including the Paid Media Lead), providing clear insights and actionable recommendations
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in paid media / digital marketing
- Proven experience planning and/or managing campaigns across Google and Meta
- Experience with TikTok, Reddit, Snapchat and/or Spotify is desirable but not essential

Skills & Attributes
- Strong time management and ability to manage workload effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Solid understanding of digital advertising / media (agency or in-house)
- Strong work ethic, passion for digital marketing and commitment to continuous self-learning
- Comfortable taking ownership of accounts and making data-led decisions
- Good communication skills for client-facing reporting and internal stakeholder management
