Ready to take the lead on paid media for some of our biggest clients?
Media Performance is looking for a hands-on, commercially minded Senior Paid Media Manager to take ownership of paid search and paid social across some of our largest client accounts. You'll turn strategy into results: planning, building and optimising campaigns across digital ad platforms, including Google Ads and Meta Ads, making sure the tracking behind them is accurate, and turning the data into recommendations our clients act on. This is a role for someone who enjoys owning their accounts end to end, working directly with our senior team and seeing the difference their work makes to each client's commercial objectives.
About us:
We're an integrated growth and marketing partner, working with ambitious brands to drive real commercial outcomes across performance, brand and strategy. Established in 2010, we've built a loyal and diverse client base over the years. Several of our clients and colleagues have been with us for more than ten years. We’re proud of those relationships, and the agency we’ve built around them.
What you'll be doing:
- Owning the paid search and paid social activity across a portfolio of key client accounts.
- Turning client objectives into campaign plans, budgets and a clear set of tests.
- Building, managing and optimising campaigns day to day, keeping performance and spend on track.
- Setting up, checking and troubleshooting conversion tracking in GA4, Google Tag Manager and the ad platforms.
- Digging into campaign, website and client data to find what's driving leads and sales, and turning it into clear recommendations.
- Building and maintaining reports and dashboards, and presenting results to clients with confidence.
- Working alongside colleagues in offline media, so digital works as part of the wider media plan.
- Bringing new ideas to the table, from testing new platforms and formats to using automation and AI to work smarter.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
