Senior Paid Media Manager
We’re looking for a Senior Paid Media Manager to take ownership of Sherpany’s paid media strategy and turn investment into measurable growth.
This is a hands-on role for someone who loves the combination of performance marketing, experimentation and commercial results. You’ll own our paid activity across Google and LinkedIn, continuously testing and optimizing what works, while identifying opportunities to expand into channels such as YouTube and Meta.
You won’t just be driving clicks. You’ll be focused on what happens further down the funnel - generating high-quality demand, contributing to pipeline and maximizing return on our investment.
What you’ll do
- Own our paid media strategy: Plan, build and optimize campaigns across Google Search, LinkedIn, Display and retargeting, with the opportunity to introduce and test new channels.
- Drive paid search performance: Manage Google Search end-to-end, from keyword and bidding strategy to ad copy, landing page alignment, budget allocation and ongoing optimization.
- Scale paid social: Lead our LinkedIn advertising, including Sponsored Content, Lead Gen Forms and other formats. Develop audience strategies and continuously test messaging, creative and targeting.
- Build effective retargeting journeys: Create thoughtful multi-channel retargeting strategies, managing audience sequencing, frequency and conversion.
- Experiment and innovate: Identify opportunities to improve our existing channel mix and build the business case for new platforms, formats and approaches.
- Turn data into action: Monitor performance closely, spot trends and opportunities, and translate insights into clear actions.
- Own commercial performance: Manage budgets with discipline and continuously optimize toward CPL, pipeline contribution and ROAS.
- Collaborate across the team: Partner closely with Content, Design and the wider Marketing team to develop campaigns and creative that resonate with our audiences.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

- A track record of improving performance and delivering measurable commercial results, ideally within B2B SaaS, technology or another considered-purchase environment.
- Strong knowledge of campaign structure, bidding strategies, audience development, conversion tracking and retargeting.
- A genuinely data-driven mindset - you enjoy watching performance develop, digging into the numbers, spotting patterns and figuring out what to optimize next.
- A commercial approach to performance marketing: you care about pipeline and return on investment, not just impressions and clicks.
- Strong budget management skills and confidence making decisions about where to increase, reduce or reallocate spend.
- An experimental mindset and curiosity about new channels, formats and approaches.
- Experience with YouTube or Meta Ads is a plus, but curiosity and the willingness to build expertise in new channels is equally important.
