  • Act as the senior Paid Media lead within client accounts, confidently leading Paid Media strategy, performance discussions, and recommendations.
  • Work closely with the Head of Paid Media and other senior team members to shape the direction of the team, identifying opportunities for growth and continuously improving performance standards.
  • Line manage and develop Paid Media Managers and Executives, providing regular feedback, training, and support to elevate team output.
  • Drive innovation across campaigns, introducing new ideas across creative, testing frameworks, audience strategy, and platform usage.
  • Oversee campaign performance, identifying optimisation opportunities and ensuring consistent delivery against KPIs.

  • Champion best practices across the team, ensuring high-quality execution across all platforms and accounts.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Account Management, Data, and Creative teams to deliver integrated, full-funnel campaigns.
  • Ensure strong tracking and measurement frameworks, working across GA4, Google Tag Manager, and platform tracking to maintain data integrity.
  • Participate in internal team and company-wide meetings.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
