Senior Paid Media Manager - Digital Marketing Agency
Leeds - Hybrid

Join a fast-growing digital marketing agency working with globally recognised retail, telco, and entertainment brands. As Senior Paid Media Manager, you'll take the lead on high-value campaigns, combining strategic thinking, commercial insight, and hands-on expertise to drive measurable growth.
The Role
You'll manage a portfolio of exciting global clients, owning paid media strategy and performance across key channels. You'll be responsible for:
- Leading the planning, execution, and optimisation of paid media campaigns.
- Developing strategies that drive traffic, conversions, revenue, and ROI.
- Managing significant client budgets, pacing, forecasting, and performance.
- Turning campaign data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
- Building trusted relationships with senior clients and media partners.
- Identifying opportunities across AI, emerging platforms, and new media technologies.
- Supporting new business pitches and contributing to wider agency strategy.
- Sharing your expertise and mentoring junior team members.

About You
We're looking for an experienced paid media professional who combines strong channel expertise with commercial and strategic thinking. You'll have:
- Strong hands-on experience across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
- Proven experience managing paid media campaigns for multiple clients.
- Experience working with retail, ecommerce, or consumer brands.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn performance data into strategy.
- Excellent client-facing and presentation skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and a focus on driving growth.
- A good understanding of paid social and the wider digital media landscape.
- Previous mentoring or line management experience is desirable.
