About this role

Sitting at the heart of our UK Marketing team, you will lead the strategy, planning, and execution of all brand media campaigns. You'll co-own the annual strategy to deliver high-impact Above-The-Line (ATL) activities, aligning with performance and social teams to achieve business goals. Guided by our values to lead, deliver, and care, you will nurture talent and foster collaboration across global teams to build strong media partnerships.

Key components to the position

  • Co-own the development of the annual media strategy alongside the Head of Media to support marketing and commercial targets.
  • Lead quarterly media planning with agency partners, using data to deliver monthly plans aligned with business priorities.
  • Oversee the execution of innovative Above-The-Line (ATL) media plans to meet campaign objectives.
  • Evaluate campaign performance using Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) and incrementality testing to optimize future strategies.
  • Mentor and nurture direct reports while championing best practices across the department.
  • Build strong working relationships with key stakeholders across UK business, global marketing teams, and agency partners.
  • Lead strategic cross-functional workstreams to drive continuous innovation and business outcomes.

  • Comprehensive expertise in media planning and buying across both Above-The-Line (ATL) and digital channels.
  • Proven ability to optimize agency-client dynamics and build strong external partnerships.
  • Practical familiarity with Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) outputs and incrementality testing to inform strategy.
  • Skill in communicating complex media concepts clearly to non-expert stakeholders.
  • Proactive, collaborative approach paired with analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to balance detail-oriented media execution with high-level strategic thinking.
