Role: Senior Paid Media Manager - FTC

Employment Type: Full-Time

Work Model: Hybrid

Compensation: £65,000 – £85,000 pro-rata per year + Benefits (Fixed-Term Contract)


About the Role

Our client, a prominent global online delivery and marketplace platform, is seeking a Senior Paid Media Manager on a Fixed-Term Contract (FTC) in London. In this critical growth marketing position, you will manage multi-million pound paid digital acquisition campaigns across search, social, and programmatic channels to drive consumer demand, app installs, and order volume.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and App Store networks.
  • Manage significant monthly digital media budgets, continuously optimizing bidding strategies to achieve aggressive CAC and ROAS targets.
  • Partner with Data Analytics to build multi-touch attribution models, incrementality tests, and cohort performance analyses.
  • Lead creative testing agendas, collaborating with internal creative studios to develop high-converting video and display assets.
  • Oversee day-to-day agency relationships, ensuring adherence to media KPIs, campaign flighting schedules, and billing reconciliations.
  • Conduct regular channel audits and leverage automated bidding algorithms, Smart Bidding, and programmatic DSPs.
  • Deliver weekly executive performance reports and strategic channel recommendations to the Head of Growth Marketing.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on paid digital media management experience at scale, in-house at a fast-growing digital brand or top-tier media agency.
  • Mastery of paid search (SEM), paid social (Meta, TikTok), Apple Search Ads (ASA), and Google Universal App Campaigns (UAC).
  • Strong analytical capability with expertise in attribution models, Google Analytics 4, AppsFlyer/Adjust, and Excel.
  • Proven track record managing multi-million pound media budgets with rigorous performance accountability.
  • Excellent project management and creative testing capabilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
  • Fluency in English.
