Senior Paid Media Manager
If you’re a strategic paid media specialist who wants more than campaign optimisation, this could be a great next move. We’re recruiting a Senior Paid Media Manager for an established, people-led digital marketing agency in Bristol. You’ll work across varied B2B and e-commerce clients, owning strategy, leading senior client relationships and helping shape the future of paid media. You’ll have plenty of autonomy, backed by an experienced team and a Head of Paid Media who wants you to make an impact.
What you’ll be doing
As Senior Paid Media Manager, you’ll own paid media strategy across some of the agency’s most valuable and complex accounts. You’ll take time to understand each client’s commercial objectives, then build channel strategies that genuinely support growth.
- Lead Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and other paid channels, with opportunities to work across TikTok, Reddit, Pinterest and programmatic.
- Assess new platforms and technologies, identifying where they can create a genuine advantage rather than simply following trends.
- Lead QBRs, present strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders, manage significant budgets and identify opportunities to grow client accounts.
- Line manage and mentor members of the paid media team, helping develop skills, standards and new ways of working.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
