Better Placed are pleased to be working in partnership with this growing D2C retail business. Leading the way in their sector, they are continuing to grow market share and build upon their already successful heritage brand name.
An opportunity has now arisen for an experienced PPC/ Paid Media specialist to join their talented marketing team.
Highlights of the role:
- Support the group’s Performance strategy, driving new initiatives within the channel, making impactful change.
- Full paid channel ownership. Multi-channel but a focus of PPC.
- Budget management, £multi-million+ PPC spend.
- Report on Paid campaign performance, and solution offering.

Key responsibilities include:
- Supported by the wider Digital team, you’ll support in the continued development of the Paid Media strategy, including the review and performance over accounts.
- You’ll focus on driving PPC performance forward, making impactful change where opportunities are presented. Hands on PPC delivery.
- Creating Paid campaigns that align with the overall brand strategy, working with the in-house creatives on campaign development.
- Hands-on optimisation to Paid campaigns, adopting a test and learn approach and continually seeking performance improvements.
- Performance marketing (Paid Media) budget, overseeing spend across paid channels.
- Work with the analytical team to create bespoke paid search performance reports, making recommendations based on data.

What I’m looking for:
- Proven experience managing a PPC strategy, ensuring successful campaign delivery (agency or client side).
- Strong knowledge of Excel and Google Analytics with a passion for data analysis and data driven decision making.
- Confident in providing accurate monthly forecasts with the support of the head of digital.
- Managed £multi-million budgets is ideal.
