Clarity is the Global Growth Consultancy for B2B technology brands

As a senior-led consultancy, we align leadership, markets and execution to turn complex growth ambitions into commercial momentum.

Operating from hubs in London, New York, Amsterdam and Sydney, our 100+ global team helps leaders navigate high-stakes growth tensions across Enterprise Tech, FinTech, Cybersecurity and HealthTech.

Since 2006, we have delivered integrated campaigns across Communications, Marketing, Search and Creative to build lasting commercial advantage for the brands shaping tomorrow.

The role

We're on the lookout for a Senior Paid Media Strategist who knows their way around a platform and has the judgement to back it up. You'll take ownership of Paid Media delivery for a portfolio of B2B technology and SaaS clients, combining hands-on platform expertise with the strategic thinking to guide campaigns and the confidence to mentor those around you.

You'll be the day-to-day escalation point for your accounts, trusted to run campaigns independently, spot opportunities before your clients ask for them, and help junior members of your team grow into the Paid Media leaders of tomorrow.

What you'll be doing

  • Own the day-to-day delivery of Paid Media campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Meta and programmatic DSPs for a portfolio of B2B technology and SaaS clients
  • Turn performance data into clear insight, ROI-focused reporting and a testing roadmap that keeps improving results
  • Take the lead on channel strategy, bringing fresh thinking when performance needs a course correction
  • Be the first point of escalation for your accounts, resolving delivery and platform issues before they need to go further
  • Build strong relationships with clients, internal teams and vendors, and work closely with Analytics, Content, SEO and Digital Experience colleagues
  • Coach and support Strategists, giving direct feedback and helping them grow their skills
  • Contribute to new business, from pitch materials to presentations, and spot cross-sell and upsell opportunities within your portfolio

What we're looking for

  • Solid experience in Paid Media, gained agency, consultancy or in-house side, with hands-on management of Search, Social and/or Programmatic platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, DV360, The Trade Desk or StackAdapt)
  • Comfortable managing multiple client accounts at once and confident leading client calls and meetings
  • An analytical mindset, strong with analytics packages such as Google Analytics, CM360 or Adobe Analytics, and skilled at turning data into client-ready insight
  • Understanding of the wider B2B digital marketing landscape, ideally with B2B technology or SaaS clients
  • Proactive and commercially minded, always looking for ways to improve client results, and calm under pressure as the first point of escalation on delivery matters
  • A natural coach with an appetite for mentoring junior team members
  • High attention to detail across campaign builds, reporting and client deliverables
  • Demonstrated, hands-on experience with AI tools, applying them to drive more effective, efficient, data-driven and innovative solutions
  • An advocate for ethical and responsible use of AI, ensuring transparency, data privacy and trust in all AI-enabled initiatives

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
