The role
We’re looking for a Senior Paid Search Executive who is ready to take on greater responsibility, combining strong hands-on implementation with increased account ownership and a growing role in shaping and executing paid search strategy. You'll build on solid Paid Search foundations and develop into a specialist, working across a mix of clients. Because we're a small team, that isn't a slow process. You'll be trusted with real accounts and real decisions early on, alongside the training and guidance to support that.
You'll work closely with our programmatic and social teams, aligning on full-funnel, cross-channel performance, and you'll be an important part of how we plan and deliver media for our clients.
What you'll be doing
- Day-to-day management of Google, Microsoft and Apple Search, with a specific focus on Search, Shopping, PMAX, Demand Gen, and App campaigns.
- Campaign management and optimisation, including in-depth keyword research and audience targeting.
- Budget pacing, including managing daily spend so accounts track correctly against monthly targets, catching overspend or under-delivery early.
- Performance monitoring by running morning health checks across Google, Microsoft and Apple Search to spot anomalies in spend or performance.
- Bid management - adjusting automated bidding strategies to hold target ROAS or CPA.
- Keyword and audience mining, finding new pockets of intent and refining targeting.
- Providing weekly insights by writing commentary and performance reports that explain the why behind the numbers, not just the numbers themselves.
- Planning and execution across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
- QA adherence - following our quality assurance process so every campaign goes live clean, with no errors in tracking, links or settings.
- Account hygiene including regular audits of account structure, naming conventions, and pausing anything old or irrelevant.
- Test and learn - launching and monitoring A/B tests on ad copy, headlines and CTAs to improve CTR.
- Be familiar with emerging search channels - supporting the development and optimisation of activity across LLMs, such as Open AI ads. Helping to identifying new opportunities to reach audiences as search behaviour evolves.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

- Google qualifications you've put into practice, not just passed.

- Familiarity with tools like Google & Microsoft Ads, Editor and Looker Studio, and confidence working with large data sets.
- High personal standards - you hold your own work to a high standard, whether or not anyone's checking.
