Come join us: MVF is looking for an experienced Senior Paid Search Manager to join our award-winning performance marketing team. You’ll be responsible for leading and developing a team of paid search executives and specialists, owning your team’s strategy and processes to drive performance against commercial goals and create an environment where your people can grow. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll define channel priorities, translate business objectives into paid search strategy, and report on team performance.
Who we are: MVF is an award-winning customer acquisition business founded in the UK in 2009. We are one of the UK’s largest advertisers, with annual marketing spend of over £80M across multiple platforms. We generate customers for businesses on our own platform, running performance based digital marketing to drive sales for our clients and profit for MVF.
What you can expect:
- Lead a team of paid search specialists and executives, with full ownership of their development, performance, and day-to-day direction.
- Shape the strategy for your team's paid search portfolio, working directly with senior leadership and commercial stakeholders to define priorities and deliver against growth plans.
- An environment where you'll have real influence - we own our own brands, so there are no clients limiting what you can test or build.
- Close collaboration with Google and Microsoft account teams to bring new channel betas and innovations to your team.
- Access to expert data teams and platforms to inform strategy and decision-making.
- MVF is ambitious and we hire ambitious people. You’ll get guidance and support on how you can take your career to the next level.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Line managing a team of Paid Search executives and specialists, taking responsibility for their personal development, performance management, and salary reviews. You'll provide ongoing feedback and coaching, and actively develop more junior managers within the team on people management skills.
- Owning your team's paid search strategy - setting direction, developing processes, and prioritising workflow to deliver against commercial targets and channel growth goals.
- Overseeing campaign performance across your team's portfolio, using data to identify opportunities, diagnose issues, and drive improvements across Google Search, Display, Demand Gen, PMAX and Microsoft Ads.
- Managing a portfolio of high-spending campaigns hands on, working closely with the strategy team to grow your own portfolio and deliver against growth plans.
- Working closely with senior leadership and commercial stakeholders to define channel priorities, present performance findings, and align paid search strategy to business objectives.
- Leading paid search and wider marketing team projects, driving innovation, capability building, and long-term account development.
- Building strong cross-functional relationships across MVF to drive collaboration, share learnings, and align on growth opportunities.
- Keeping up to date with industry developments to refine your campaign strategies and influence MVF strategy.
- Partnering with Google and Microsoft account teams to stay at the forefront of platform developments and gain early access to product betas.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
