Location: Bournemouth 3 days per week ideally – but would consider hybrid
Start date: 16 November 2026 – 12 month contract (TBC)

SUMMARY
As a Paid Search Strategist, you will play a crucial role in planning and implementing best-in-class paid search strategies to achieve our commercial goals. You will be responsible for managing our global campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. This role requires hands-on experience in campaign setup, optimization, monitoring, and reporting to ensure optimal performance and ROI.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES
- Develop and execute comprehensive paid social strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Manage day-to-day operations of global campaigns, including campaign setup, optimization, monitoring, and reporting.
- Continually audit and optimise performance across the account including Performance Max assets, ad copy, extensions, landing pages, targeting, audiences, etc., to increase day-to-day efficiency and growth.
- Oversee and manage large budgets across multiple social campaigns, ensuring efficient allocation and maximum ROI.
- Collaborate with the content team to brief ad creative for campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Track conversion and pixel implementation, and manage pixel management to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
- Work closely with the Head of Performance Marketing to set campaign goals and objectives, and be accountable for achieving and reporting on KPIs.
- Collaborate with our Google account managers on strategic planning, staying current with the latest platform tactics and best practices.
- Provide weekly and monthly reporting against goals using both in-platform analytics and our attribution tool, identifying insights and opportunities for optimization.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience 3+ years in developing and implementing paid search strategies, preferably in a global context.
- Proven experience in growing paid media channels for brands across a range of sectors.
- Expert knowledge of running campaigns through Google Ads.
- Google ads certifications desirable.
- Proficiency in campaign setup, optimization, and monitoring across various ad formats.
- Experience managing large budgets and delivering measurable results.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with attribution tools and advanced analytics preferred.
