They partner with globally recognised retail and lifestyle brands, delivering data-led paid media strategies that drive measurable growth across the full funnel. Known for their experimentation-first approach, the team works closely with clients to build long-term performance roadmaps rather than short-term fixes. As they continue to expand their Paid Social offering across major platforms, this hire represents a key step in strengthening delivery capability and strategic depth within the team.
The rapid expansion of client accounts and increased demand for cross-platform Paid Social expertise has created an exciting opportunity for progression and ownership within a high-performing team environment.
Role Overview
The Senior Paid Media Executive will take ownership of multi-platform Paid Social campaigns, delivering high-impact performance across ecommerce accounts while contributing directly to strategic testing and optimisation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Work across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snap, and Reddit
- Manage budgets, refine targeting strategies, and deliver actionable insights
- Build, manage, and optimise Paid Social campaigns across leading platforms
- Oversee daily budgets, creative testing, and audience strategy to maximise ROI
- Deliver weekly performance reporting with clear, insight-led recommendations
- Contribute to structured experimentation roadmaps and hypothesis-led testing
- Support client communications and present findings confidently in meetings
Requirements
- 1–2 years’ Paid Social experience within agency or in-house environments
- Strong analytical ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
- Confident communication skills with a clear, articulate approach
- High attention to detail and pride in delivering accurate work
- Curiosity and drive to continuously learn and improve
