Senior Paid Social Manager (Interim) | £400 a day Outside IR35 | 3 Month Contract | London, 2 days a week

A fast-growing D2C subscription business is looking for an interim Senior Paid Social Manager to take ownership of the channel for an initial three months while they recruit permanently.

This is a genuinely hands-on brief. Both their Paid Social Lead and their executive are leaving at the same time, so you would be the paid social function rather than leading one. Expect roughly a 50/50 split between setting direction and doing the work yourself, in the accounts daily, building and launching campaigns, and briefing designers directly. Monthly spend sits in the high hundreds of thousands and runs up to around £1m, so it is real scale without a team beneath you for the time being.

What you'll be doing

  • Owning Paid Social strategy and delivery across Meta and TikTok, with Reddit and emerging platforms also in scope
  • Building, launching and optimising campaigns yourself rather than directing others to do it
  • Briefing creative directly from audience personas and working with a high volume of UGC assets
  • Running structured creative testing, funnel sequencing and audience segmentation
  • Managing budget allocation across conditions and campaigns
  • Reporting on CAC, LTV and ROI, and building the dashboards and automation to do it
  • Working alongside Creative, Data and Brand, and feeding into wider activity across PPC, SEO, CRM and ATL

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
