Senior Paid Social Manager | Central London | Social Media Agency | Hybrid
An award-winning Central London social media agency, working with world-leading brands on innovative campaigns and full social strategies, is looking for a Senior Paid Social Manager.
You’ll run large-scale paid social campaigns, manage key client relationships and collaborate with internal creative teams to deliver standout work, combining hands-on paid media with client-facing leadership.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading media planning, ad buying and performance optimisation for key accounts.
- Building open, positive relationships with clients.
- Coordinating with the Content and Marketing teams to deliver campaigns.
- Joining new business pitches, including paid social strategy and media plans.

What You’ll Bring:
- 3+ years’ experience in paid social strategy, campaign execution and account management.
- Proven expertise optimising paid social campaigns across multiple channels.
- Strong client communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent organisation and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- A data-focused approach, with strong reporting and the ability to turn performance insights into future strategy.
- A relevant degree or equivalent experience.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
