Role Description

The Senior Paid Social Media Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in Greater London. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid social campaigns across key platforms, with a focus on performance, measurement, and continuous testing. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing campaign data, interpreting insights, preparing clear performance reports, and recommending actionable improvements. The analyst will collaborate closely with strategy, creative, and account teams to translate business objectives into paid social plans, set up tracking and measurement frameworks, and ensure budgets are deployed effectively. The role also involves staying current with platform updates, experimenting with new formats and targeting options, and contributing to best practices that elevate client results.

  • Strong Analytical Skills and experience turning data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Expertise in Social Media Measurement, including tracking, attribution, and performance reporting.
  • Effective Communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data to non-specialist stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience in Social Media Marketing and Social Networking across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit, and similar channels.
  • Experience managing paid social budgets, campaign setup, optimization, and A/B testing in a performance-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with advertising and analytics tools (e.g., Ads Managers, Google Analytics, Sprinklr or similar enterprise platforms).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment, prioritizing multiple campaigns and deadlines.
  • Relevant experience in a paid media, digital marketing, or analytics role; a degree or equivalent experience in marketing, business, data, or a related field is beneficial.
