Senior Paid Social Specialist | London | £55k + up to 50% bonus
If your paid social background sits somewhere between affiliate, regulated markets and serious performance targets, this one is worth a look.
I’m hiring a Senior Paid Social Specialist for a fast-growing performance marketing business in London.
You’ll own paid social across affiliate and comparison-site properties, running campaigns across Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Reddit, X, Telegram and emerging channels, with full ownership of ROAS/ROI, testing, audience strategy and budget pacing.
They’re looking for someone with:
- 3+ years hands-on paid social experience
- In-house affiliate/comparison-site experience
- Regulated-market exposure, ideally betting, gambling or crypto
- Experience with platform certification/whitelisting
- Strong retargeting and first-party audience experience

You’ll be responsible for:
- Planning, launching and optimising campaigns across Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Reddit, X, Telegram and emerging channels
- Managing budgets against ROAS and ROI targets
- Running structured testing across creative, copy, audiences and landing pages
- Building retargeting audiences and using CRM / first-party data where appropriate
- Managing campaigns across multiple geographies and brands
- Working closely with affiliate and CRM teams on wider acquisition strategy
- Navigating certification, whitelisting and advertising-policy requirements in regulated markets
- Using AI tools to speed up creative production and testing
