Senior Paid Social Specialist
We are looking for an experienced Senior Paid Social specialist to join our client’s rapidly expanding Media team, based in London. In this role, you will own paid social strategy and execution across our client’s portfolio of affiliate and comparison site properties, working across multiple brands to enhance paid social performance and drive commercial growth in a highly regulated vertical.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimise paid social campaigns across Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Reddit, X, Telegram, and emerging platforms, driving traffic to affiliate and comparison site properties across our brand portfolio
- Manage certification and whitelisting processes required to run compliant campaigns for a regulated/high-compliance vertical
- Own campaign performance end-to-end, creative testing, audience/segment strategy, bid management, and budget pacing against ROAS/ROI targets
- Run structured A/B testing on creative, ad copy, and landing pages to continuously improve conversion rates
- Forecast and manage paid social budgets across multiple markets and geographies
- Build and manage retargeting audiences, including uploading and syncing CRM/first-party data lists to social platforms where compliant
- Partner closely with Affiliate Network and CRM teams to align paid social activity with broader acquisition and retention strategy across the network
- Stay current on each platform’s evolving compliance and advertising policy requirements for regulated verticals, flagging risk before it becomes a problem
- Use AI tools to streamline creative production and speed up testing cycles

Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ hands-on paid social experience, with demonstrated experience running campaigns for affiliate or comparison site properties specifically, prior in-house experience at an affiliate business is required
- Experience working within a regulated or high-compliance vertical (e.g. gambling, sports betting, crypto), with direct experience navigating certification/whitelisting processes (Google, Meta, or similar)
- Strong hands-on experience across Meta, Snapchat, X, Reddit, and/or Telegram
- Comfortable managing budgets against ROAS/ROI targets across multiple markets and brands simultaneously
- Experience with retargeting and CRM/first-party data audience uploads
- Proficiency in data analysis, with the ability to turn campaign data into clear, actionable optimisation decisions
- London-based and able to work from our London office
- Nice to have: exposure to affiliate network management and/or CRM alongside paid social
- Experience with regulated US market of Sports Betting and Casino is considered an asset
