About the Company
Our client is a fast-growing digital marketing business operating within the performance marketing and affiliate space. They are a leading player in the US online gambling sector, partnering with major brands to drive customer acquisition through innovative digital marketing strategies across multiple channels and markets.
Due to continued growth, they are looking to hire an experienced Senior Paid Social Specialist to join their London-based team.
The Opportunity
As the Senior Paid Social Specialist, you will take ownership of paid social activity across a portfolio of affiliate and comparison brands. This is a hands-on role focused on developing and executing paid social strategies that drive acquisition, maximise ROI, and support commercial growth across multiple international markets.
You will work closely with CRM, affiliate, and marketing teams while managing campaigns across a range of social platforms within a highly regulated industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, launch, and optimise paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, X, Telegram, and emerging channels
- Manage end-to-end campaign performance including audience targeting, bidding strategies, budget allocation, and optimisation
- Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth across a portfolio of affiliate and comparison websites
- Conduct ongoing A/B testing across creatives, ad copy, audiences, and landing pages
- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve ROI and ROAS
- Manage campaign budgets across multiple brands, markets, and geographies
- Build and maintain retargeting audiences using first-party and CRM data where compliant
- Ensure all campaigns meet advertising regulations and platform compliance requirements
- Coordinate certification and whitelisting processes required for regulated industries
- Work closely with internal teams to align paid social activity with broader acquisition and retention initiatives
- Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to improve creative production and testing efficiency

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Paid Social marketing
- Previous in-house experience within an affiliate marketing business is essential
- Demonstrated experience managing paid social campaigns for affiliate or comparison websites
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and other social advertising platforms such as TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, X, and Telegram
- Experience working within highly regulated industries such as iGaming, sports betting, crypto, or financial services
- Proven ability to manage budgets and optimise campaigns against ROI and ROAS objectives
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into performance improvements
- Experience using CRM and first-party data for audience building and retargeting
- Understanding of certification and platform approval processes within regulated markets
- Ability to work on-site from the London office
