Join our UK team as a Senior Paralegal (FTC)

At Pluxee, we shape the world of employee benefits and engagement by bringing to life a personalised and sustainable employee experience, at work and beyond.

Be our next Senior Paralegal (FTC)

We are seeking a commercially minded Senior Paralegal to support the business with drafting, reviewing and negotiating a broad range of commercial contracts and with day-to-day legal, compliance and data protection matters.

Working closely with the Head of Legal and stakeholders across the business, you will manage routine matters with a good degree of independence, provide clear and practical support, and help deliver commercial objectives while protecting the business from legal and regulatory risk. You will be expected to recognise and promptly escalate higher-risk, complex or non-standard matters.

This is a broad, hands-on role within a lean legal function and offers direct exposure to commercial decision-making, legal risk management, compliance and data protection. It would suit an experienced paralegal or equivalent legal professional who wants to deepen their in-house experience and take meaningful ownership of their workload.

What you'll do

As a Senior Paralegal at Pluxee your key responsibilities will include:

Commercial contracts

  • Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts, including customer and supplier agreements, NDAs, data processing agreements, marketing and technology agreements, partnership agreements and standard terms and conditions.
  • Manage a varied portfolio of contracts, including more complex agreements, independently within agreed parameters and with guidance from the Head of Legal where required.
  • Identify key legal and commercial risks, propose practical solutions and ensure non-standard, material or high-risk issues are escalated promptly.
  • Support timely completion of contracts by coordinating stakeholder input, approvals, signature and any required follow-up actions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
