Senior Paralegal – Construction & Procurement | (3 Month FTC) | Nottingham (Hybrid)

We are currently supporting a leading construction and procurement business with the appointment of an experienced Senior Paralegal to join their legal team on an interim basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially focused paralegal with experience across construction, procurement and/or commercial contracts, who can quickly become embedded within an established legal function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support construction and commercial contract matters.
  • Review, draft and manage contracts, amendments and related documentation.
  • Support procurement activity, including tender and supplier documentation.
  • Assist with contract reviews, risk identification and escalation.
  • Manage contractual records, obligations and key dates.
  • Provide day-to-day support to procurement, commercial and operational teams.
  • Conduct legal and contractual research as required.

Must be within reasonable travelling distance of Nottingham and able to attend the Nottingham office when required.

About You:

  • Experienced Senior Paralegal or experienced Paralegal.
  • Background in construction, engineering, infrastructure, procurement or commercial contracts.
  • Strong commercial contracts experience.
  • Understanding of construction contracts and/or procurement processes.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Commercially minded, proactive and able to work independently.
  • Confident communicating with non-legal stakeholders.
  • Available to start ASAP.
