Senior Paralegal / NQ - 1 Year PQE Residential Conveyancer

TSR Legal is delighted to be working with a well-established and highly respected regional law firm that is looking to appoint a Senior Paralegal or Newly Qualified Solicitor (up to 1 year PQE) to join its busy Residential Conveyancing team in Cardiff.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive and collaborative property department with a strong reputation across South Wales. The firm prides itself on delivering exceptional client service while offering genuine career progression, mentoring and long-term development.
The Role
You will manage your own residential conveyancing caseload with appropriate supervision, handling matters from instruction through to post-completion. The role will include:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Transfers of equity
- Remortgages
- New build transactions
- Shared ownership matters
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and third parties
- Delivering an excellent client experience throughout the transaction

You will work alongside experienced conveyancers within a friendly and collaborative team, with ongoing support to continue developing your technical knowledge and career.
About You
Applications are welcomed from:
- Senior Paralegals with substantial residential conveyancing experience who are confident managing their own files.
- Newly Qualified Solicitors or Solicitors with up to 1 year PQE specialising in residential conveyancing.
You will ideally have:
- Experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload with minimal supervision.
- Excellent client care and communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload.
- A proactive and positive approach to team working.
- A genuine interest in building a long-term career within residential property.
