Senior Paraplanner – up to £70,000
The Role
You will be responsible for providing full paraplanning support across a wide range of financial planning areas, working closely with advisers and junior team members. The role will involve producing detailed suitability reports, carrying out technical research, and contributing to the delivery of high-quality client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Writing detailed suitability reports across pensions, investments, and protection
- Conducting technical research and analysis to support complex cases
- Supporting advisers with recommendations and client strategies
- Reviewing work of junior paraplanners where appropriate
- Assisting with process improvements and maintaining compliance standards
- Liaising with providers and internal teams to ensure smooth case progression
Requirements
- Diploma Level 4 qualified (or working towards Chartered)
- Strong paraplanning experience within an IFA or wealth management firm
- Excellent knowledge of pensions, investments, tax planning, and platforms
- Experience writing suitability reports independently
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
