Senior Partner, People Experience

Ever tried creating a people strategy that works across multiple businesses, different leadership styles and a fast-moving acquisition environment? As a Senior Partner, People Experience, you'll play a key role in shaping how people initiatives translate into commercial outcomes across Lomond Group. Based at our St Mary's Axe office in London, working in a hybrid model and reporting to the Group Head of People Experience, this opportunity offers a competitive salary and the chance to influence people strategy at scale.

This role sits at the heart of our People Experience function, partnering with senior leaders to drive organisational effectiveness, strengthen leadership capability and ensure our people agenda supports the continued growth of the business.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Partner with senior stakeholders to align people initiatives with business objectives and operational priorities
  • Deliver strategic people solutions that improve organisational performance, engagement and retention
  • Support leaders through periods of change, growth and business transformation
  • Use people data and insights to identify trends, risks and opportunities, driving informed decision-making
  • Coach and influence managers to strengthen leadership capability and people management practice
  • Lead complex employee relations matters, ensuring balanced and commercially sound outcomes
  • Contribute to workforce planning activities that support future business growth
  • Drive initiatives that enhance employee experience across the organisation
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the wider People Experience team to deliver consistent people practices
  • Support the continued development and implementation of people policies, programmes and frameworks

What You'll Need

We're not just looking for someone who fits our team; we want to be a good fit for you too! We're looking for individuals with qualities such as:

  • Significant experience operating as a senior HR Business Partner or equivalent strategic people role
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and challenge at senior leadership level
  • Experience supporting organisational change, transformation and growth
  • Sound knowledge of UK employment law and employee relations best practice
  • Strong commercial awareness and an ability to connect people strategy to business outcomes
  • A proactive, collaborative approach with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
