Full-time, Remote (with monthly meeting in Stonehouse, Stroud)
Job Purpose:
This role is perfect for you if you love to establish win-win partnerships to help drive mutual success. The main objective is to grow our revenue by co-selling with our growing network of global partners. Such partners may be procurement consulting firms, both large and small, complementary technology firms and the procurement community as a whole.
Working closely with the COO of Market Dojo, this role can grow exponentially once we find the best person to design, implement and deliver our partnerships strategy to build long-term successful relationships. It suits a commercially-minded individual with a solution selling background and a collaborative ethos.
You'll get to work with some of the best-known brands such as premier league football clubs, global hotel chains, household goods and luxury sportscars, helping their Procurement teams make a big difference in an increasingly turbulent time. Market Dojo's solutions are more relevant and in demand than ever, especially as we're part of a global tech firm, Esker, with resources to expand in all directions.
The success of the role will be measured by:
- The number of qualified opportunities referred by partners;
- The contribution of those to our new business revenue;
- The amount of revenue achieved by our resellers and lastly;
- By revenue resulting directly from partners utilising our solutions.
Main Duties Include:
- Understand and define our target market of prospective partners.
- Research prospective partners that unlock future growth.
- Qualify and onboard new partners by providing bespoke training, marketing materials, sales guidance, achievable goals, lead sharing and scheduled reviews.
- Frequently check-in with our partners to keep the relationships fruitful & forthcoming.
- Become an expert in the use of our products to advise partners on best practice.
- Manage the partner sales pipeline in our CRM to maintain visibility and accuracy of potential opportunities.
- Educate partners about new product features, industry trends, market intelligence and relevant marketing materials such as white papers.
- Collaborate with partners on potential sales and marketing activities for the mutual benefit of both parties.
- Involve our Business Development team to cross-sell our partners’ services and to progress opportunities referred by partners.
- Contribute to our product roadmap in line with customer requirements arising from the partner network.
- Help to develop a proactive, scalable partner management strategy to set the blueprint for further expansion.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
