Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a Financial Partnerships Manager to join our ever-evolving Financial Partnerships team and help shape the future of global commerce.

What you’ll own

  • Own the day-to-day relationship and overall strategy for a portfolio of sponsor banks, settlement banks, payment service providers (PSPs) and other financial institutions.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews, sharing Worldpay performance, product roadmaps and relevant updates while aligning plans for mutual growth.
  • Lead contract renewals and negotiations for new products, services and geographic expansion.
  • Coordinate responses to provider requests for information by partnering with Compliance, Risk, Treasury and other internal teams.
  • Identify and evaluate prospective providers, build new relationships and monitor portfolio volume, fees and performance.

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree and a strong interest in payments and financial services.
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across functions and geographies.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with the judgment to move between high-level strategy and critical operational details.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage information, documents and relationships across multiple partners.
  • A proactive, can-do mindset and enthusiasm for helping build a new team within a leading payments company.

It’s a bonus if you have

  • Experience in a financial partnerships, strategic partnerships or financial-institution relationship management role.
  • Experience in payments or the broader financial services industry.
  • Experience helping establish or scale a new function or team within a larger organization.

About the team

The Financial Partnerships team manages Worldpay’s relationships with critical financial service providers, including sponsor banks, settlement banks, PSPs and other institutions that support its global payment platforms and solutions. These partnerships are essential to moving money reliably, delivering services at scale and supporting clients without disruption.
