We are currently partnering with a leading organisation within the facilities management sector to recruit a Senior Partner Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven professional to play a key role in managing strategic supplier relationships across a large, complex national contract environment.

Your new role

As Senior Partner Manager, you will take ownership of a broad portfolio of service partners, ensuring strong commercial performance, operational delivery, and high-quality customer outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing end-to-end supplier relationships, from sourcing and onboarding through to performance management and development
  • Driving supplier performance against KPIs, SLAs, and contractual requirements
  • Building strong, collaborative relationships with internal teams and external partners
  • Leading performance reviews, identifying risks, and implementing improvement plans
  • Supporting tender processes, supplier evaluations, and contract negotiations
  • Providing commercial insight to support cost control and value optimisation
  • Contributing to the development of supplier management frameworks, governance, and sourcing strategies
  • Driving continuous improvement, innovation, and efficiency across the supply chain

This is a mobile role requiring regular UK travel and offers significant exposure in a multi-contract, fast-paced environment.

What you'll need to succeed

We are keen to speak with candidates who have:

  • Strong experience in procurement, commercial or supplier relationship management roles
  • A proven track record managing service-based supply chains (essential), ideally within FM, construction, or related environments
  • Solid knowledge of contract management, supplier governance, and negotiation
  • Experience supporting tenders and assessing supplier performance

You will be a confident and credible communicator, able to influence at all levels, manage multiple priorities, and translate complex data into actionable insights. A proactive, solutions-focused approach and strong commercial awareness are key.
