Senior Partner Marketing Manager – EMEA - 12 Month Contract
I'm working with a global technology business that's looking to appoint an experienced Senior Partner Marketing Manager to lead strategic partner marketing across the EMEA region.
This is a commercially focused role where you'll be responsible for building and executing joint go-to-market plans with strategic technology and consulting partners to generate qualified pipeline, increase partner engagement and support regional revenue growth.
Working closely with Sales, Alliances and Marketing teams, you'll own the marketing strategy for a portfolio of high-profile partners, creating integrated campaigns that deliver measurable commercial outcomes. If you enjoy influencing senior stakeholders, driving partner relationships and seeing the direct impact of your marketing activity on revenue, this is an excellent opportunity.
What you'll be doing
- Develop and execute joint marketing strategies with strategic partners across EMEA.
- Build integrated go-to-market plans focused on generating high-quality pipeline and accelerating revenue.
- Partner with Alliance Managers and Sales teams to align marketing activity with commercial priorities and co-sell initiatives.
- Deliver multi-channel campaigns including digital marketing, events, webinars, content and partner-led activity.
- Manage partner marketing budgets and market development funds (MDF), ensuring strong ROI.
- Track campaign performance, pipeline contribution and partner engagement, providing clear reporting and recommendations.
- Shape quarterly partner marketing plans and identify new opportunities to drive growth.
- Support partner onboarding and enablement, ensuring new partnerships are activated quickly and effectively.
- Work cross-functionally with regional and global stakeholders to deliver integrated marketing programmes.

What we're looking for
- Strong experience in B2B Partner or Alliance Marketing within a technology or SaaS environment.
- A proven track record of delivering integrated marketing campaigns that generate measurable pipeline and partner-influenced revenue.
- Experience working alongside Sales and Partner teams to build successful go-to-market strategies.
- Excellent commercial awareness with the ability to balance strategic planning and hands-on execution.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing senior internal and external partners.
- Confident managing multiple campaigns and strategic partnerships simultaneously.
- Data-driven mindset with experience measuring marketing performance, pipeline and ROI.
- Comfortable working across EMEA within a collaborative, matrix organisation.
