Job Description
Senior Partner Marketing Manager - UK, Hybrid role
Europe's premier airline and hotel loyalty programs are scaling fast, and we need a partner marketing leader to step in, take end-to-end ownership of regional strategy, and turn deep customer insights into high-impact commercial growth.
What You'll Be Doing
You will own the strategic and operational partner marketing agenda across our European airline and hotel loyalty portfolio, setting regional priorities and executing growth plans that directly impact revenue. Working closely with senior partner stakeholders, you will translate loyalty performance and customer insights into multi-channel campaigns while leading cross-functional teams across creative, data science, product, and strategy. You will leverage AI workflows to evaluate campaign performance and adapt partner marketing materials at scale, keeping your focus on high-level strategy, deep relationships, and commercial opportunities. You will also mentor junior marketers and continuously test innovative loyalty approaches to expand our market presence.
What You Bring
- You build genuine trust with senior executive stakeholders, presenting complex marketing strategies, performance results, and growth recommendations with confidence.
- You bring a commercial, data-driven mindset, turning raw loyalty data into targeted multi-channel campaigns that drive partner engagement and revenue.
- You excel as a cross-functional connector, aligning strategy, analytics, product, and creative teams to deliver complex projects smoothly from ideation to launch.
- When it comes to AI, you do not just use basic tools, you have built and refined repeatable workflows for asset generation and performance tracking, knowing exactly when output is ready for partners and when it needs your judgment.
- You actively empower those around you, mentoring junior team members while fostering a culture of collaboration, experimentation, and continuous improvement.

Iβm in my final year doing Economics and I donβt know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer β it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donβt need a masters. Letβs look at the ones youβd be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
