Essential Functions
The Partner Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing programs that drive growth through ZOLL's key distribution partners in UK & Nordics. This role serves as the primary marketing liaison between ZOLL and assigned strategic partners, aligning joint marketing initiatives with business objectives, sales priorities, and market development opportunities.
You will be Managing the UK Associate Partner Marketing Manager.
Working closely with Sales team, Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Sales Enablement, this individual will create and execute co-branded campaigns, demand generation programs, partner promotions, and go-to-market initiatives that strengthen partner relationships, increase market penetration, and accelerate revenue growth. The Partner Marketing Manager combines strategic planning, partner engagement, campaign execution, and performance analysis to maximize the effectiveness of ZOLL's partner marketing investments.
Key Responsibilities
Partner Strategy & Business Growth
- Develop and execute annual and quarterly marketing plans for assigned strategic distribution partner.
- Align partner marketing strategies with ZOLL business objectives, sales priorities, and growth initiatives.
- Identify market opportunities and partner-specific growth strategies to increase revenue, market share, and customer engagement.
- Serve as the primary marketing contact for key partner stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Collaborate closely with Strategic Account Managers to develop integrated business and marketing plans that support shared objectives.
- Build strong relationships with partner marketing teams to foster collaboration and long-term growth.

Partner Marketing & Campaign Execution
- Develop and manage joint marketing calendars that align partner activities with ZOLL campaigns, product launches, and sales priorities.
- Partner with strategic distributors and the Digital Marketing team to develop and execute eCommerce growth strategies that drive product visibility, customer engagement, and online revenue.
- Create and manage joint eCommerce business plans, including digital merchandising, promotional programs, content optimization, and performance objectives for priority partners.
- Analyze eCommerce performance, digital shelf presence, and competitive activity to identify opportunities that improve discoverability, conversion, and sales growth.
- Execute co-branded marketing programs, promotions, digital campaigns, and trade show initiatives.
- Support partner-focused demand generation programs, lead generation activities, and customer engagement campaigns.
- Collaborate with Digital Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales Enablement and Training teams to launch new products, training initiatives, loyalty programs, and promotional campaigns.
- Create, customize, and distribute co-branded sales and marketing materials that support partner growth objectives.
- Ensure consistency of ZOLL branding, messaging, and value propositions across all partner-facing activities.
Partner Enablement & Brand Management
- Manage distributor marketing toolkits, presentations, collateral, and campaign assets.
- Coordinate with creative, digital, and operational teams to deliver marketing materials on time and within brand standards.
- Monitor partner websites, digital properties, and promotional activities to ensure compliance with ZOLL brand guidelines and messaging.
- Support partner event, trade show, and customer engagement activities as needed.

Performance Measurement & Optimization
- Track, analyze, and report on partner marketing program performance, campaign effectiveness, and return on investment.
- Develop quarterly business reviews and marketing performance summaries for sales and marketing leadership.
- Provide actionable recommendations to optimize partner marketing investments and improve campaign results.
- Utilize analytics and partner feedback to continuously refine marketing strategies and identify new growth opportunities.
- Maintain visibility into key performance metrics, partner engagement, and marketing contribution to pipeline and revenue.
Localization of materials
- Review and validate UK English translations and localizations to ensure accuracy, consistency, and cultural appropriateness.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree needed in Marketing.
- 7+ years’ marketing experience with experience working with distribution.
- Experience working with CRM systems.
- Fluent in another European language desirable
- Strong collaborator, proven ability in leading and working effectively cross functionally.
- A self-starter who can work on own initiatives with high levels of self-discipline to meet objectives and goals within deadlines and manage projects within a set budget.
- Ability to manage projects and work effectively in a matrix organization, managing multiple tasks and projects.
- Demonstrated analytical, organizational, negotiation and project management skills.
- Demonstrated written and oral communications skills, including strong presentation and copywriting skills.
- Continuous improvement mentality.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENT
Up to 30% travel annually – co-travelling with sales to distributor meetings, tradeshows and internal meetings as required. Includes International Travel.
