Job Description
As a key member of the Page Executive leadership team, you will:
- Lead the strategic growth and development of the UK Consumer & Retail Practice.
- Win and deliver retained executive search assignments across the sector.
- Manage, coach and develop an established team while building future capability.
- Develop and execute a market-leading business plan aligned with wider UK growth objectives.
- Build trusted relationships with Boards, CEOs, Managing Directors and Private Equity-backed businesses.
- Identify and capitalise on opportunities across Consumer Manufacturing, Retail, E-commerce, Omnichannel and Consumer Products markets.
- Drive collaboration across Page Executive and the wider business to maximise client value.
- Enhance the profile of the practice through networking, thought leadership and market engagement activities.

The Successful Applicant
We're interested in speaking with proven executive search professionals who can demonstrate:
- A strong track record within executive search or senior-level retained recruitment.
- Experience winning and delivering high-value search assignments.
- Leadership, mentoring or team management experience.
- A strategic and entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to balance short-term performance and long-term growth.
- A genuine passion for developing people and building high-performing teams.
- Experience within Consumer, Retail, E-commerce, Consumer Products or closely aligned markets would be highly advantageous.
