Legends Global leads the acquisition of commercial partners, securing multi-million-dollar, multi-year partnerships with leading brands across the globe with Audi Revolut F1 team.
About the Role
The Senior Partnerships Manager, Audi Revolut F1 Team, is responsible for driving global partnership sales and delivering significant commercial revenue through the acquisition of high-value sponsorship agreements.
This role plays a critical part in the team's commercial strategy, identifying and developing new partnership opportunities across international markets and leading the end-to-end sales process. Working closely with senior stakeholders, the Senior Partnerships Manager will build and manage a robust pipeline of prospective partners, create compelling sponsorship propositions, and negotiate complex multi-million-dollar, multi-year agreements that align with the team's long-term commercial objectives.
As a key member of the Global Partnerships function, the role is accountable for developing strategic relationships with senior decision-makers across a broad range of industries, converting opportunities into long-term partnerships, and maximising commercial value for both the Audi Revolut F1 Team and its partners. The position reports to the VP of Global Partnerships and works closely with the project executive leadership team to shape and execute the team's global partnership strategy.

This position is based in either London or Madrid.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and new sponsorship opportunities across target industries and markets.
- Generate a strong pipeline of qualified partnership opportunities through networking, referrals, and high-volume cold outreach.
- Build relationships with senior decision-makers at leading brands, agencies, and rights holders.
- Lead partnership discussions from initial outreach through to commercial negotiations and contract execution.
- Develop tailored sponsorship proposals and presentations that address prospective partners' business objectives.
- Manage and maintain an active sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate CRM reporting.
- Work closely with internal teams to develop partnership opportunities and ensure a seamless sales process.
- Represent Audi F1 and Legends at industry events, conferences, races, and client meetings to generate new business opportunities.
- Provide regular pipeline, forecasting, and sales activity updates to senior leadership.
We are looking for someone with:
- Experience of high-value sponsorship sales experience, ideally in the sports industry and/or F1.
- A proven track record and excellence in pitching, negotiating, and closing high-value sponsorship agreements, in addition to exceeding sales targets.
- Degree in Business, Management, Sales, or Marketing, or equivalent, required – MBA preferred.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Adept in sales pipeline management, reporting and leveraging CRM tools (i.e. Salesforce).
- A strong network and relationships with potential sponsors.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal, relationship building and leadership abilities.
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
- International outlook and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with diverse cultures.
