Job Description
A bit about the team and what you'll deliver...
We are looking for a highly organised and collaborative Senior Partnership Operations Lead to take ownership of the operational delivery of our global OEM partnerships and Device Lock Controller (DLC) programme.
Note: This is a fixed-term contract to cover a 6-month secondment into a brand new permanent role within our wider operations team. There is the potential for this position to become permanent.
This is a pivotal role, ensuring our OEM partnerships and DLC programme are delivered efficiently and effectively. Working closely with Google, OEM partners, and cross-functional teams across Product, Business Development, Delivery, and regional functions, you'll keep complex programmes moving, remove delivery blockers, and continuously improve the operational processes that underpin our partnerships.
As the Senior Partnership Operations Lead, your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading OEM & DLC Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operational delivery of OEM partnerships and the DLC programme, ensuring activities remain on track and aligned across multiple stakeholders.
- Managing the Google Relationship: Own the operational relationship with Google, managing DLC prioritisation, approvals, launch planning, and delivery timelines.
- Driving Operational Excellence: Define, implement, and continuously improve OEM operational processes, creating clear ownership, governance, and accountability across internal teams and external partners.
- Coordinating Cross-Functional Delivery: Bring together Business Development, Product, Delivery, and regional teams to ensure OEM onboarding and launches are delivered successfully and on schedule.
- Tracking Performance & Governance: Build and maintain reporting dashboards and a single source of truth for programme status, milestones, risks, and actions.
- Removing Delivery Blockers: Proactively identify operational, technical, commercial, or regional issues and work across teams to resolve them quickly.
- Supporting Commercial Success: Provide operational insights and programme data to support commercial discussions, planning, and negotiations.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive process and tooling enhancements that simplify delivery, improve efficiency, and enable regional teams to execute successfully.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
