Senior Partnership Sales Manager - Premium Sports Property

About the Organisation:

Our client is a premium sports property based in the Midlands, with an established brand, passionate audience and an increasingly diverse commercial proposition.

Operating within a wider year-round destination, the organisation offers brands the opportunity to connect with audiences across sport, live entertainment, hospitality and major events - creating a partnership proposition that extends well beyond traditional sports sponsorship.

As the commercial operation continues to develop, the organisation is looking to appoint a Senior Partnership Sales Manager to play a key role in driving new partnership revenue.

The Impact You’ll Make:

This is an opportunity to take ownership of new business development for an ambitious sports property with a broad and evolving range of commercial assets.

You will lead the full partnership sales process, from identifying and prospecting new opportunities through to understanding brand objectives, developing tailored propositions, negotiating terms and closing meaningful commercial agreements.

With the ability to build creative partnerships across sport, entertainment, hospitality and live experiences, you will have the freedom to think beyond traditional sponsorship packages and develop solutions that genuinely respond to what brands are trying to achieve.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
