Senior Partnership Activation Manager - Envision Racing

About Envision Racing:

Envision Racing is a leading Formula E team competing on the global stage at the intersection of elite sport, technology, innovation and entertainment.

Racing across some of the world’s most iconic cities, the team works with leading global brands to create partnerships that extend well beyond the track, connecting with audiences through digital, content, gaming, technology, hospitality and live experiences.

Envision Racing is now looking to appoint a Senior Partnership Activation Manager to take ownership of one of its most significant global partnerships.

The Impact You’ll Make:

This is an opportunity to lead the day-to-day management and activation of a major global partnership, bringing together Formula E, gaming, esports, technology and entertainment.

You will become a trusted partner to the brand, understanding its commercial and audience objectives before turning them into creative activation strategies across gaming, digital, content, experiential, hospitality and the Formula E race calendar.

Creativity will be a major part of the role. This goes beyond delivering contractual rights - you’ll be expected to bring ideas to the table, spot new opportunities and explore how gaming, esports and emerging technology can create stronger connections between the partnership and its audiences.

With international travel and activations across multiple markets, you’ll have significant ownership of a high-profile partnership and the opportunity to deliver work on a genuinely global stage.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
