Goodwall Partnerships Director
Goodwall is a TIME100 award-winning social education app, empowering over 4 million youth with skills in AI, climate, and entrepreneurship through impactful experiential learning. We deliver meaningful, authentic brand value to our partners by serving as the trusted bridge connecting Gen Z & Alpha with Fortune 500 companies, governments, and international organisations, including Microsoft, Accenture, HP, and UNICEF. Goodwall co-builds engaging experiential learning campaigns for the next generation to help young people across the globe gain the confidence, skills, and networks to achieve better livelihoods.
About the Role
We are looking for a Partnerships Director to help take Goodwall into its next stage of growth. This is a big role in a small team: you’ll be responsible for winning new partnerships, growing relationships with major organisations, and turning ambitious ideas into high-value programs that deliver real impact for young people.
You’ll have a multi-million-dollar revenue target across multiple 6-7 figure partnerships, and will be expected to build a significant part of your own pipeline. You’ll work with senior leaders across global companies, Fortune 500 corporates, foundations, and public sector organisations—opening doors, building trust, shaping opportunities, and getting contracts over the line.
But this isn’t a role where you’ll be selling a fixed product from a playbook. Goodwall is evolving quickly, and our best partnerships are built around what our partners are trying to achieve. You’ll listen, spot the opportunity, bring the right people together, and work with the team to create something bespoke that works for everyone.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
You’ll have a lot of autonomy. We’re a lean team, so you’ll have real influence over how we sell, who we build relationships with, and where we focus. If you see a better way of doing something, we expect you to run with it. This is not a typical 9-5 role, and we trust you to manage your time around your partnerships.
What You’ll Do
- Build and close big opportunities: Own a multi-million-dollar target, create your own pipeline, and turn conversations into significant new partnerships.
- Open doors: Use your network, our existing relationships, and smart outreach to build relationships with the people who can make things happen.
- Build great partnerships: Understand what organisations care about and find the intersection between their goals and what Goodwall can deliver.
- Grow what’s working: Develop existing partnerships, find new opportunities within them, and build relationships that last.
- Bring ideas to life: Work closely with our programs, product, and leadership teams to shape compelling proposals and partnerships.
- Own the full journey: From the first conversation through to proposal, negotiation, and close, you’ll take ownership and keep things moving.
- Help shape how we grow: We’re still building our approach to partnerships. You’ll have a voice in where we focus, how we sell, and how we build a high-performing partnerships team.

What You Bring
- 10+ years experience in enterprise sales, partnerships, or business development, ideally selling into corporate CSR, sustainability, HR/talent, or foundation budgets, in youth, skills, workforce development, edtech, or social impact. Strong sellers from adjacent spaces (fintech, HR-tech, digital health) who have sold "soft" outcomes to hard enterprise buyers are also a fit.
- A strong track record of personally winning and growing high-value relationships, including $500k+ multi-year partnerships.
- You’re naturally commercial, but you’re also curious and creative—you know that the best opportunities often start with a conversation rather than a pitch.
- You’re confident building relationships with senior decision-makers and equally comfortable getting into the details with the people who will actually make things happen.
- You can take an idea from “this could be interesting” to a signed contract—including shaping the proposal, numbers, and business case.
- You’re highly self-directed. You don’t need a big team or lots of processes around you to get things done.
- You’re comfortable with ambiguity, move quickly, and enjoy figuring things out as you go.
- Most importantly, you want ownership.
