💜 What makes this role special
We're looking for a Senior Partnerships Lead to drive Suvera's commercial growth across our B2B product portfolio and play a key role in our next phase of commercial growth. As our most senior Partnerships IC, you’ll own some of our biggest commercial opportunities - landing new partners, expanding existing relationships and helping shape how we go to market as we scale.
This is a sales-led, high-autonomy role for someone with a demonstrated track record of scaling partnerships in a start-up environment and the confidence to own a fast-moving pipeline from first contact through to close and expansion.
You'll be joining the Commercial team in order to scale our go-to-market motion and close new accounts. You'll thrive if you're energized by winning significant deals, hitting targets with our commission structure, and genuinely excited about the intersection of technology and healthcare.
£60k base + uncapped commission (£120k OTE)
👋 About Suvera:
Suvera is transforming healthcare with a mission to power early care for everyone. Partnering with UK general practices, we deliver technology and care that leverage AI to transform care in the community, close to patients, starting with those living with long-term conditions. Currently, we manage over 300,000 patients. Our ambitions are global, and we're just getting started.
Our advisors include luminaries like Professor Bryan Williams, a leader in high blood pressure research and guidelines in the UK. We are a diverse team of about 60 people, including clinicians, care advisors, and experts across various disciplines.
Backed by Google for Startups and Morningside Ventures, Suvera is poised to become a global leader in healthcare.
💻 What you'll be doing:
On your best days, you'll be closing Suvera’s biggest opportunities to date, landing new GP Practices, PCNs or technology partners and already picturing where the relationship could grow next. You’ll have built that opportunity and shaped a proposition that genuinely solves real problems.
On your toughest days, you might be navigating a complex stalled deal, building a new market vertical with limited intel, or balancing a heavy outbound week with strategic thinking on where the next big opportunity lies. But you'll have the support of the CCO and a close-knit Commercial team - and you'll still know and feel excited by how your work is contributing to Suvera's growth.
Driving new business across Suvera’s technology products:
- Proactively identifying and building pipeline with Practice, PCN and Federation accounts and technology partners that meet our Ideal Customer Profiles, with targets for closed-won accounts.
- Running a high-volume, high-quality outbound motion nurturing clients, understanding their problem and moving them through the sales funnel to close.
- Owning the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close, independently, with ownership of our largest and most strategically important opportunities.
- Landing and expanding strategic accounts, identifying opportunities to grow relationships and commercial value beyond the initial deal.
- Building relationships with senior decision makers and navigating exciting, yet complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
