Senior Partnerships Lead

Manchester City Centre

We’re looking for an experienced partnerships professional to help strengthen Zuto’s lender panel and credit bureau relationships.

As our Senior Partnership Lead, you’ll identify and develop new lender opportunities, taking them from initial conversation through to commercial agreement, integration and launch.

You’ll also own our strategic relationships across the credit reference agency landscape, making sure these partnerships continue to deliver commercial value, strong data and decisioning capability, resilience and innovation.

What you'll be doing

  • Identifying and building relationships with new lenders that strengthen our panel and improve customer choice.
  • Owning new lender partnerships from initial engagement through commercial agreement, integration and launch.
  • Managing Zuto’s strategic credit bureau partnerships, including commercials, service and future development.
  • Negotiating sustainable commercial agreements and ensuring partnerships deliver measurable value.
  • Bringing together Product, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Operations and Commercial teams to successfully deliver new partnerships.
  • Understanding gaps across our lender panel and proactively identifying opportunities to improve coverage and resilience.
  • Bringing external insight on the lender, bureau and credit decisioning market into Zuto to help shape future strategy.

What We're Looking For

This is a senior individual contributor role, so we’re looking for someone who can build credibility quickly, own complex partnerships and influence across multiple teams without needing formal authority.

  • Strong experience within lender partnerships, financial services, consumer credit or a closely related environment.
  • Experience developing and managing senior external partnerships.
  • Strong commercial skills with the confidence to negotiate and manage complex agreements.
  • The ability to take opportunities from initial relationship building through to successful launch and ongoing performance.
  • An understanding of the lending, credit bureau or credit decisioning landscape.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working across technical, commercial, operational and regulatory teams.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to turn market insight into clear opportunities and recommendations.

You’ll help us broaden customer coverage, reduce lender panel concentration and strengthen the data and decisioning capabilities behind the customer journey.
