About Us

Prime Insights is a Sweden-based technology company reaching millions of users worldwide through our rewards platform. Our members can earn rewards by completing market research surveys, playing mobile games, and engaging with a variety of digital offers.

Our technology creates a seamless experience for users and partners, helping brands connect with highly engaged audiences at scale. Through our Partnerships division, we work with direct advertisers and performance-marketing partners to build high-performing offers across our apps and web products.

As a global and fast-growing company, we combine data, technology, and strong partnerships to deliver measurable results for our clients while creating rewarding experiences for our users.

The Role

We are looking for a Senior Partnerships Manager to grow our non-gaming monetization in the United States, with an initial focus on financial services, subscriptions, digital services, and non-gaming app installs.

This is a publisher-side role with a strong business development focus. You will identify, approach, and sign direct non-gaming advertisers whose offers will be promoted to our existing rewarded audience across our apps and web products.

The role is approximately 50% new business development and 50% account management. Once an advertiser is signed, you will own the partnership end to end, including commercial negotiations, offer setup and tracking, performance optimization, reconciliation, and account growth.

This is a highly autonomous position with full ownership of your portfolio. You will be expected to take initiative, make decisions, and manage the entire partnership lifecycle independently, while collaborating closely with the wider Partnerships, Product, Data, and Finance teams. You will be accountable for the revenue and margin generated by every advertiser and offer you bring in.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and manage a high-quality pipeline of direct US non-gaming advertisers, with an initial focus on financial services, subscriptions, digital services, and non-gaming app installs.
  • Use your existing advertiser network to open conversations, develop opportunities, and close direct commercial partnerships.
  • Lead outreach, discovery, commercial negotiations, contracting coordination, and launch planning for new advertisers.
  • Own each advertiser relationship after signing, from onboarding and offer setup through optimization, reconciliation, and account growth.
  • Structure CPA and multi-event offers across funnels such as install, registration, KYC, deposit, and first transaction.
  • Define the user journey, event requirements, payout allocation, validation logic, and tracking setup for each offer.
  • Configure and validate tracking, attribution, pixels, APIs, and postbacks, ensuring that every event fires accurately before launch.
  • Monitor offer performance and optimize conversion, revenue, margin, advertiser value, and user experience.
  • Manage reporting, invoicing inputs, reconciliation, and ongoing commercial discussions with advertisers.
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts through new offers, geographies, products, or commercial models.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts, pipeline updates, and portfolio performance reporting.
  • Use AI tools for prospect research, outreach preparation, data analysis, reporting, and day-to-day productivity.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
