Job Description
Senior Partnerships Manager - UK
You are not here to shepherd routine project updates. You are here to own the commercial onboarding lifecycle for global loyalty partners, moving complex network deals from signed contracts to live revenue streams with unrelenting pace.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead the operational and commercial onboarding lifecycle for network partnership agreements, translating business development wins into seamless launches across global loyalty programs.
- Report to the SVP of Partnerships, enforcing standard terms, managing critical settlement parameters, and aligning BD, Legal, and Operations to eliminate deal friction.
- Use Connected AI tools to streamline market research, contract summaries, and pipeline health tracking.
- Establish operational governance and gather partner feedback to continuously scale recruitment and launch frameworks globally.
- Resolve cross-functional blockers and drive deal velocity actively.

What You Bring
- A track record of steering complex B2B partner onboarding and commercial operations within loyalty programs.
- Ability to hold internal and external stakeholders accountable to deadlines without direct authority.
- Structured discipline in deal delivery using tools like Salesforce and workflow software.
- Ability to translate commercial requirements into clear operational execution plans.
- Experience in building repeatable workflows for account research and deal tracking using AI tools.
